PROGRAM OVERVIEW
"GIRLZ on the BLVD" is our exclusive real estate investment cohort, developed in partnership with The BLAKBLVD UNLTD Group and local real estate professionals. This intensive summer program teaches participants practical wealth-building strategies through property investment while maintaining access to all This Is 4 My Girlz membership benefits.
WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM SPECIAL
- Real-world mentorship from licensed realtors, seasoned investors, and development professionals
- Behind-the-scenes access to active BLAKBLVD development projects
- Hands-on learning through property analysis, market research, and financial planning
- Professional networking with industry leaders and potential career mentors
- Comprehensive curriculum covering financial literacy, house hacking, wholesaling, fix-and-flip basics, land development, and rental property management
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Summer Intensive Format: 3-week bootcamp (4 hours daily, Monday-Friday)
- Week 1: Foundation knowledge, market analysis, and financial basics
- Week 2: Advanced strategies, legal considerations, and personalized action planning
- Week 3: Exploring licensing/certification opportunities within diverse real estate professions
- Ongoing mentorship and networking opportunities throughout the year
