CREATING THE VILLAGE FOR EVERY GIRL WHO NEEDS IT
This Is 4 My Girlz, Inc. (TI4MG), is a Converse, TX youth development nonprofit organization committed to helping girls and young women throughout the greater San Antonio region grow in confidence, character, knowledge, skills, leadership, and purpose.
Since 2015, we have created opportunities for girls to discover their strengths, explore their possibilities, develop practical skills, and build meaningful relationships with mentors, families, and their community.

OUR MISSION & VISION
Our mission is to equip and empower the next generation with opportunities to reach their full potential beyond their circumstances.
We envision confident, capable, well-rounded young women who understand their value, recognize their possibilities, and are equipped to navigate life with intention.
We are not preparing HER for just one milestone. We are preparing HER for LIFE.
WHAT SETS US APART
This Is 4 My Girlz, Inc. is more than a youth organization or a collection of programs.
We take a whole-girl approach to development — recognizing that her personal growth, relationships, education, wellness, creativity, safety, career interests, and future goals are all connected.
Our programming grows with her, providing age-appropriate opportunities to learn, explore, experience, lead, serve, and prepare for what's next.
We also take an innovative, community-centered approach to how those opportunities are created. We intentionally connect our GIRLZ with mentors, professionals, entrepreneurs, organizations, experiences, and community resources that help expand both their village and their perspective.
Because we believe meaningful development doesn't only happen in a classroom or through traditional instruction, we create opportunities for our GIRLZ to learn from the people, places, experiences, and communities around them.
Our programming also creates intentional space for girls to see themselves reflected in the experiences, conversations, creativity, history, traditions, and opportunities that shape the world around them — while building pride, awareness, connection, and appreciation for the communities from which they come.
Our difference is not just what we offer. It's how we connect the pieces.

HER NEXT CHAPTER
As our GIRLZ approach adulthood and complete their TI4MG experience, we want them to have intentional opportunities to continue building toward their future.
GOAL MAP: Road 2 Success
A transition-to-adulthood handbook and workbook covering the practical foundations of becoming an adult - from goals and money to relationships, responsibility, independence, and future planning.
GIRLZ on the BLVD
An opportunity to explore the many career, business, investment, and wealth-building pathways within the real estate industry.
LAUNCHPAD
An intentional post-TI4MG completion pathway for eligible young women who choose to pursue professional licenses, certifications, credentials, or income-generating skills through connected partners or network resources.
Participation is optional. The pathway is intentional. The impact is measurable.
Before she leaves the village, she leaves with a way forward.

At the heart of This Is 4 My Girlz, Inc. is our belief that it truly takes a village.
Our Community Godmothers are infamous hometown heroes. Individually, they are mentors, parents, professionals, volunteers, supporters, and community members who CHOOSE to show up.

They advocate.
They open doors.
Together, we create a network of support that reminds every girl:
