This Is 4 My Girlz, Inc., a Converse, TX 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young women, has been a transformative force serving the surrounding San-Antonio metropolitan area since 2015. For nearly a decade, we've been creating the village for every girl who needs it, fostering personal development among young girls ages 8-17 and offering streamlined support for young women 18-24 as they transition into adulthood.
Our motto, creatively adapted from Proverbs 22:6 as "Prov(HER)bs," captures our essence: "It takes a village to: train up a child in the way SHE should go; When SHE gets older, SHE will not depart from it." This philosophy drives everything we do, promoting the inherent value of women's lives across all demographics while building GODFIDENCE and creating sisterhood bonds that will everlast.

- "Girlz with Dreams Become Women with Vision" Tea Party: Partnered by DreamWeek San Antonio, teaching refined table etiquette while discussing goals and aspirations
- "SiSTARS CIRCLE": Promoting sisterhood through group bonding activities and team-building exercises
- Mini-Podcast Series: Vocalizing authentic conversations and topics affecting today's youth through open dialogue
Creative Expression & Cultural Empowerment
- "Passion 4 Fashion" Show: Engaging youth through fashion, music, and artistic production
- "Rhythm & Girlz" Step Team: Fostering discipline and cultural connection while creating strategic portals to HBCU interests, increasing college tour engagement and strengthening desires for higher education
- HBCU College Tours: Connecting participants with educational opportunities at historically black institutions to enhance future socioeconomic advancement
- TCG Clubhouse: Our ambitious community center campaign to create a multi-purpose facility that empowers area-wide residents through access to socio-economic services, youth development programs, professional event spaces, and creative opportunities for emerging small business owners, all while serving as the physical headquarters for This Is 4 My Girlz, Inc.'s year-round programming and facility needs.

This strong foundation enables us to continue our strategic annual fundraising events and themed donation drives, including (but not limited to) heartfelt initiatives like our "Rise Above The Noise" t-shirt campaign encouraging positive mental health and "Affirmations in Color" - our published coloring book series that speaks life in living color.
